Just one DFA with the word "cstheory" written over the transition arc from ? to ! would be cleaner and yet convey the same message. Also it would be smaller, and so would fit more easily. Maybe the ! state should be the accepting state of the DFA? (i.e., it should have a double circle instead of a single one) | |

Not only it is a automata theory logo, it is also using signs from linear logic so also covers Theory B. | |
